Gestrámites is a law firm specializing in immigration and Spanish nationality law with offices in Madrid and Aranjuez. Led by attorney María Constanza Suárez Lemus, our team has over 25 years of experience defending the rights of migrants in Spain.

She holds a degree in law from the University of Los Andes (Bogotá), a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom). She has over 25 years of experience in Immigration and Family Law.

Work & Social Ties Residency

Regularise your status if you can prove employment in Spain.

Who it’s for

  • 2 años de permanencia en España.
  • Ofertas laborales acreditables conforme a normativa vigente.

Employment (key requirement)

  • Aporta uno o varios precontratos que sumen ≥ 20 h/semana, con salario ≥ SMI (o convenio) proporcional a la jornada.
  • Se admiten contratos concatenados (campañas/temporadas) y parciales simultáneos con distintos empleadores.
  • Tras la concesión, la autorización exige tu alta en la Seguridad Social en 1 mes para surtir efecto.
